Rossway Dowd have moved into their new premises in Aldridge in 2008. The purpose built facility provides some 6000 sq. ft. of office space and a further 7500 sq. ft. of production space.
The new facility is the Headquarters for Rossway Dowd. All the design, estimating, quantity surveying, accounting and project management functions of the company will be coordinated from this facility.
Within the production space, many of the bespoke cladding components are manufactured to the exacting standards of our clients. This in-house facility enables the company to control quality and ensure delivery schedules are met to tight deadlines.
The total site area of the Aldridge site extends to some 1.6 acres which in addition to the building areas noted above, a second building provides some 10,000 sq. ft. of production space.
The Aldridge facilities are a £2m investment for future growth and prosperity of Rossway Dowd Limited.
